BASIC MONTHLY RATES IN WINTER
First month: 925 euros
Second month: 725 euros
Third month: 525 euros
Fourth month and subsequent months, same as the third month.
Everyone uses different amounts of electricity - and the sun is also a powerful heating element in both the bedroom and living room on a sunny day – so we cannot include electricity consumption in the winter rates.
BUT we have noted that the average winter consumption is between 25-40 euros per month.
Linen, towels and kitchen cloths are not included in the above as some of our guests prefer to bring their own.
AND if you are coming from another country to spend over two months with us, we'll put in a satellite link so that you can watch a bit of TV, should you wish, in your own language.
